Stuart & Emma | Wedding at Orange Tree House
Orange Tree House Wedding Photographer
Hey! Pleased to share with you the wedding of Stuart and Emma at Orange Tree House. They were the sweetest couple, and I absolutely loved their wedding!
Stuart got ready at Rose Cottages and Emma got ready at The Old Vicarage. Both of these BnBs are *perfect* if you are getting married at Orange Tree House. Since they are 10-15 minutes apart, I was able to spend time with them both in the morning as they both got ready. I love photographing the preparations, it's such a great 'warm up' for a wedding photographer. Gets all the immediately family and bridal party used to the camera and makes everything a bit more relaxed. Both houses were so much fun, I genuinely had so much for from the moment I was welcomed by both.
It was my first time at The Old Vicarage and I was amazed! It has so much charm and so many quirks and beautiful places for photographs. Always a thrill to be back at Rose Cottages. It's just perfect, looks like a small cottage from the street but when you step inside it just keeps going and going! I can't recommend both of these places enough if you need accommodation for a wedding in Greyabbey.
I have loved shooting at Orange Tree House since it's first year of opening, and I've loved seeing how it has extended over the years. It's a great place for a wedding, with lots of nice natural light. The staff are all wonderful and take such great care of you.
They had a beautiful Humanist ceremony officiated by Dot Lines. Stuart cried while Emma giggled, it was such a wholesome contrast! Stuart kept wiping away his tears with blue roll during his vows and then Emma's opened her vows with "you are the onion to my burger" ! It was so special.
The star of the show was Hercules, their gorgeous Staffy. Such a friendly and excitable pup.
I had such a great day seeing friends, also. Emma chose make up artist Heather Allen and hair stylist Dani Belle, such great girls to have around you on your wedding morning. They also had Logi Bear providing the camper van and Sam is such a gentleman to have as your driver! I can't recommend them enough.
If you are planning your wedding at Orange Tree House (or anywhere in Northern Ireland!) and you think I might be a good fit, please get in touch. I would love to hear from you!
